- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray
- 1 sandwich bun
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Tartar sauce

3. **Air Fry the Cod:**
    - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the breaded cod fillet in the basket. Spray the top of the fillet with olive oil. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.

    - Toast the sandwich bun in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes until lightly crisp. Spread tartar sauce on the bottom half of the bun. Add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, and the cooked cod fillet. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately with a lemon wedge on the side if desired.
