**Instructions:**
1. **Prepare the Filling:**

- Stir in taco seasoning and water; simmer until the mixture thickens.

- Spoon the beef mixture into each taco shell.
- Place the filled taco shells in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of each taco.
3. **Bake the Tacos:**
